Shipping instructions

IMPORTANT
Please review and sign mail-in repair agreements before shipping out your devices.

Pre-Shipping
Please back up all your data If you able to turn on your device.
Do not include your charger for MacBooks, iPads, we have all types of charger we can use during repair process.

Packing
It is important that your device is carefully handled and packed to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Package the device with at least 2-3inches of packing on all sides, we recommend using plenty of foam, bubble wrap or packing materials to prevent physical damage.

All mail-ins can be shipped to our store. Please use UPS, Fedex, or USPS to send your device to us. Shipping address:

Post-Shipping
You will be notified upon us receiving the devices to confirm its arrival. Repair technician will inspect the device and notify you of any findings.

We will send back your device once we receive payments. Please let us know if you have special shipping requirements of if you need additional shipping instructions.
